Crystal’s Greenworks Story
Crystal Smith is the New York Market Director for Greenworks Lending, where she leads C-PACE originations efforts and oversees production for the market. In her role, Crystal deploys C-PACE to help property owners and developers realize significant savings through the product’s low-cost, long-term, fixed-rate financing for energy efficient construction projects. Crystal has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience including construction lending at M&T Bank, office and industrial management at JLL, and asset management at a distressed CRE credit fund. She is based in NYC and earned both her MBA and her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida.
