The low cost, 100% financing of eligible energy efficient improvements makes C-PACE an excellent choice for capex projects and new construction projects, and also allows an owner to extract liquidity on already completed projects. It is a flexible financing tool that boosts an owner’s IRR, with the added benefits of fueling the local economy, improving the building supply, and of course enabling the reduction of carbon emissions.
Crystal’s Greenworks Story
Crystal leads business development and originations efforts for Greenworks Lending in the New York market, where she is excited to deliver C-PACE as a cost-effective solution to help property owners improve both their ROI and carbon footprints.
Crystal comes to Greenworks with over 15 years of commercial real estate experience. Her most recent roles include originating large construction loans in NYC as a lender with M&T Bank, and she later joined a fintech to help build out its alternative lending platform. Her earlier experiences include asset management at a distressed CRE credit fund as well as managing a large portfolio of office and industrial assets at JLL. Crystal earned both her MBA and her undergraduate degree from University of Florida, and completed commercial credit training at M&T Bank. She lives in New York City and spends her free time cycling, hiking, and traveling.
